Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or the Disclaimer, do not use InfyraTools. Using the site or any tool constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

Who provides InfyraTools

InfyraTools is a product of InfyraEdge. References to “InfyraTools,” “we,” or “the site” in these terms mean the InfyraTools website and tools, operated as a product of InfyraEdge.

Description of the service

InfyraTools provides free online tools that run in your browser. Current tools include utilities for formatting and inspecting data, encoding and decoding text, generating identifiers and schedule expressions, converting timestamps, testing patterns, formatting SQL, and creating business assets such as email signatures, QR codes, invoices, and digital business cards.

You may optionally create a free InfyraTools account to save email signatures. InfyraTools does not currently offer paid subscriptions, payment processing, hosted business cards, dynamic QR codes, saved invoices, or customer support tickets inside the product.

Free online tools

The tools on InfyraTools are offered free of charge in their current form, including optional accounts used to save email signatures. These terms do not create a paid service, refund policy, or subscription. If paid features are introduced later, separate terms will describe them.

Accounts

If you register, you must provide a valid email address and a password, verify that email with a one-time code, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Saved email signatures belong to the account that created them. You may not attempt to access another person’s account, sessions, or saved signatures. InfyraTools may suspend or remove an account that is used abusively or in violation of these terms.

Signing in uses a first-party session cookie. Signing out ends that session. InfyraTools does not currently provide social login, multi-factor authentication, or a paid identity provider.

Permitted use

You may use InfyraTools for lawful personal, educational, or professional purposes, including generating output for your own work, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law.

Prohibited and abusive use

You may not use InfyraTools to:

• Violate law, or to create, host, or distribute material you are not allowed to use.
• Attack, overload, scrape in an abusive way, or interfere with the site, its hosting, or other users.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe infrastructure, or misuse the service as a platform for malware or fraud.
• Misrepresent InfyraTools output as certified legal, tax, security, or compliance advice.
• Use the tools to encode or distribute content that you do not have the right to share.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the information you type, paste, upload locally, encode, or otherwise provide to a tool, and for any file, message, invoice, signature, QR code, vCard, or other output you generate and then use.

Review outputs before you rely on them. InfyraTools does not review, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or fitness of generated results for your situation.

Do not paste secrets into a tool on a device or network you do not trust. Local processing reduces server-side storage of tool input; it does not remove every risk on the device in front of you.

Intellectual property

The InfyraTools name, site design, and original website content are provided by InfyraEdge in connection with the InfyraTools product. You may not copy the site as a competing service or remove notices from the pages themselves.

Output generated from information you supply remains your responsibility. InfyraTools does not claim ownership of the business details, JSON, SQL, or other content you enter. Third-party marks that appear in examples are for illustration only.

Availability and changes

InfyraTools may change, add, or remove tools, pages, or features at any time. The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, or other reasons. There is no service-level commitment or uptime guarantee.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to InfyraEdge or other third-party websites. Tools may produce links or codes that open destinations you choose. Those destinations are not part of InfyraTools and are not covered by these terms. InfyraTools does not currently integrate advertising, analytics, or payment providers.

No guarantee that output is suitable

Generated output may be incomplete, incorrectly formatted for a particular client or jurisdiction, or based on assumptions that do not apply to you. You must review invoices, signatures, QR payloads, decoded tokens, formatted SQL, and other results before production use. See the Disclaimer for additional limitations.

No warranty

InfyraTools is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfyraEdge and InfyraTools disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local processing, static hosting, and careful wording on the site do not create a warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfyraEdge and InfyraTools are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute tools, arising from use of InfyraTools or reliance on generated output.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to InfyraTools for the specific use giving rise to the claim. Because the current tools are free, that amount is zero unless a court requires a different minimum that cannot be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfyraEdge and InfyraTools from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the tools, your content, your generated output, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when they do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
