Privacy Policy

Effective / last updated 14 September 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how InfyraTools handles information when you visit infyratools.com, use the free tools published there, or create an optional InfyraTools account. Please read it together with the Terms of Use and Disclaimer.

InfyraTools is a product of InfyraEdge.

Who operates InfyraTools

InfyraTools is a product of InfyraEdge. These pages apply to the InfyraTools website and its current tools. They do not automatically describe every other InfyraEdge website or service unless that site says so.

How InfyraTools works today

InfyraTools is a static website of free online utilities, plus an optional account layer for saving email signatures. Free tools do not require an account.

Many InfyraTools utilities process user-provided content locally in the browser after the page has loaded. That includes formatting, encoding, decoding, generating identifiers, building invoices, signatures, QR codes, and contact cards, and similar workspace actions. For those tools, the text, files, and other input you provide are not uploaded to InfyraTools servers unless you sign in and choose to save an email signature.

Downloads such as PDF, PNG, SVG, HTML, or vCard files are created in your browser and saved on your device if you choose to download them.

Accounts and saved email signatures

You may register an InfyraTools account with an email address and password. New registrations must verify that email address with a one-time code before using account features. Accounts are optional and are not a paid subscription. InfyraTools does not currently process payments, run billing, or offer other hosted Pro products such as hosted business cards, dynamic QR codes, or saved invoices.

If you create an account, InfyraTools stores your email address, a one-way password hash (not the password itself), authentication session records, email verification state, hashed one-time verification codes, and any email signatures you choose to save. Verification codes are not stored in plaintext, expire after a short time, and are single-use. Saved signatures store structured details you enter (such as name, title, contact links, and hosted image URLs). Generated HTML is not stored; it can be rebuilt in the browser. Local device images are not saved.

The purpose of this processing is to let you sign in securely, confirm that you control the email address on the account, and reopen, edit, duplicate, or delete your own saved signatures. InfyraTools uses the authenticated session to identify you. It does not accept a user identifier from the browser as proof of ownership.

To send a verification code, InfyraTools uses an email delivery provider. That provider receives the destination email address and the message content needed to deliver the code. InfyraTools does not use those messages for advertising.

Information that hosting and delivery may process

Visiting any website still involves a network request. InfyraTools is hosted and delivered using Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, HTTPS, the account API, database storage for accounts, and related security filtering. Cloudflare and similar infrastructure providers may process technical information about those requests even when a tool itself never sends your workspace input to InfyraTools.

That technical information can include an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, the requested URL, referrer URL, and similar connection metadata. It may also include information generated by security or delivery features, such as whether a request was blocked as abusive. Authentication endpoints may also record recent attempt counts by IP address to limit password guessing, abusive registration, and verification-code guessing.

InfyraTools does not claim that it collects absolutely no information. Ordinary website delivery can involve technical logs even when tool input stays in the browser.

Cookies, sessions, and local browser storage

If you sign in, InfyraTools sets a first-party HttpOnly session cookie that stores an opaque session identifier. The cookie is used only to keep you signed in. It is not an advertising or analytics cookie. Signing out deletes the server-side session and clears the cookie. Sessions expire after a limited period.

InfyraTools also stores a theme preference (light, dark, or system) in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember how you last displayed it. That value is kept on your device and is not sent to InfyraTools as tool input.

Clearing site data in your browser removes the theme preference and any cookies stored for the site.

Clipboard, files, and device features

Some tools can copy results to the clipboard or read from it if you use a paste action and your browser allows it. Clipboard contents are handled by your browser and operating system, not stored by InfyraTools on a server.

If you choose a local image or other file (for example a logo, photo, or invoice mark), that file is read in the browser for preview or export. InfyraTools does not upload those files to an InfyraTools file store. Local images included in an email signature are not saved to your account.

Software that runs in your browser

The site bundles JavaScript libraries with the page so tools can run locally. Examples include libraries used to format SQL, generate QR codes, and create PDFs. Those libraries execute in your browser as part of the InfyraTools page. This Privacy Policy is not a list of every dependency, and bundling a library does not mean InfyraTools sends your tool input to that library’s publisher.

Typefaces used on the site are included with the static build rather than requested from a third-party font service when you load a page.

Cookies, advertising, and analytics

InfyraTools does not currently use advertising networks, analytics products, or payment processors. It does not currently set tracking cookies for Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Stripe, or similar services.

The only first-party cookie InfyraTools currently sets for the product itself is the optional sign-in session cookie described above.

Advertising, analytics, payment processing, or other third-party services may be introduced in the future. If that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what is actually in use. Do not assume those services are present today.

InfyraTools may link to other websites, including InfyraEdge. Tools may also help you create links, QR codes, signatures, or contact cards that point to third-party destinations you enter. Those third-party websites have their own privacy practices. InfyraTools does not control them and is not responsible for their collection or use of information.

Data security

The site and account API are delivered over HTTPS through the hosting provider. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes using a standard password-hashing construction. One-time email verification codes are stored only as salted hashes, expire after 10 minutes, and are single-use. Session identifiers stored in cookies are opaque; InfyraTools stores a hash of the session identifier, not the password, in the session record.

Saved signatures are available only to the signed-in account that created them. Free-tool workspace input that you do not save remains in the browser.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You remain responsible for what you paste into a tool on a shared device, what you encode in a QR code or invoice, and what you download or send onward.

Data retention

Free-tool input that you do not save is not retained on InfyraTools servers, because that input is not uploaded when you use the local tools.

Account email, password hashes, session records, email verification state, hashed verification codes, and saved email signatures are kept while the account exists so you can sign in and manage those signatures. Sessions are removed when they expire, when you sign out, or when the related account is deleted. InfyraTools does not currently offer a self-serve account deletion control in the product; contact InfyraEdge if you want an account and its saved signatures removed.

Technical request logs and rate-limit records may be retained by Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers according to their own practices and any configuration of the hosting account. InfyraTools does not publish a specific log-retention period here because that duration is not controlled solely by these pages.

Theme preference remains in local storage until you change it or clear site data.

Children’s privacy

InfyraTools is a general-purpose website of developer and business utilities. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a channel InfyraTools actually controls, contact InfyraEdge using the details below.

International users

InfyraTools can be reached from many countries. Hosting, content delivery, account storage, and security processing may take place on infrastructure in more than one location. This policy describes the current product architecture; it is not a claim of certification under any particular privacy law.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when InfyraTools changes how the site works, when new services are added, or when the wording needs to be clearer. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when that happens. Continued use of InfyraTools after an update means you should review the revised policy.
